Contacting REDCap support at DU

Our current REDCap support team:

  • We try to respond to your REDCap requests in 1-2 business days (we try to help as soon as we can, but just keep in mind we all have other hats to wear in our jobs).
  • IT@DU handles server maintenance and upgrades.

To contact DU REDCap support, please email -- we ask that you use this email rather than our personal email addresses, so that all of us can see your request and that we can track who has responded via our ticketing system.
