If you do have a DU REDCap account:
Step 1: Be sure that for username, you're entering your DU email address without the @du.edu attached (firstname.lastname).
Step 3: If Steps 1 and 2 don't solve your login problem, please email email@example.com and explain that you've tried both steps 1 and 2 yet still can't log into your REDCap account.
DU REDCap performs weekly maintenance every Thursday morning from 6-7am. You won't be able to log into your REDCap account during this time, nor will participants be able to take REDCap surveys. We apologize for the inconvenience, but it's important to keep our REDCap instance up to date and secure!
