DU REDCap Support

The aim of the guide is to provide tutorials, feature support, and troubleshooting to help University of Denver researchers effectively use the REDCap secure, web-based application for their data collection and management needs.

Project Access and Learning Support

For questions related to account access, getting started, and training, the University Libraries are your primary contact. This includes assistance with:

  • Account Access: Initial account setup and required tutorials.

  • Learning Materials: Guides, video tutorials, and best practices for project design.

 

Technical and Server Support

For core technical issues and system-wide maintenance, direct your inquiries to IT@DU. Their responsibilities include:

  • System Integrity: Handling server maintenance, upgrades, and security.

  • Troubleshooting: Addressing login issues, system errors, or platform-level malfunctions.

 

How to Contact the REDCap Support Team

To ensure the fastest possible response and proper tracking of your request, please use the centralized support email. We aim to respond to all REDCap requests within 1–2 business days.

  • General Support Email: Please direct all REDCap support requests to it.redcap@du.edu.

We ask that you use this shared email address rather than personal emails. This allows the entire team to see your request and ensures that it is tracked properly in our ticketing system.
