Coors Fitness Center
From traditional cardio and weightlifting equipment to group fitness, swimming and ice hockey, the Ritchie Center's public-facing fitness facility has a range of options for students, employees, alumni and the public alike. Get your workout on just a short walk away from DU's campus. Students are automatic members, and free trials are available for new members.
The Anderson Academic Commons has its own dedicated lactation room on the upper level, room 358 (please use door code 21500* to gain access to this first-come, first-served room). For other prominent lactation rooms on campus, please follow the Well@DU link in the right-hand sidebar.
Mindfulness and Meditation
Research supports the benefits of mindful breathing and meditation sessions, and students, faculty, and staff can take advantage of coached sessions throughout the work/school week. Additionally, dedicated meditation or prayer spaces are available for use on a first-come, first-served basis; see the Well@DU link on the right-hand sidebar for information about our space in Morgridge College of Education.

If food is scarce, the Campus Cupboard is available for members of the DU community to help. For current hours, see the "Food Pantry Info" under "Basic Needs at DU."
Bike Commuting, Repair, and Share Programs
Through its Office of Sustainability, DU seeks to facilitate bike commuting to and from campus through education programs, free repair services at the PioGears workshop, and quarterly or yearly bicycle rentals.
