Critical Race Theory

Critical Race Theory (CRT) developed out of the Critical Legal Studies and Radical Feminism movements in the early 1970's. Key figures of the early Critical Race Theory movement include; Derrick A Bell,  Alan David Freeman, Richard Delgado, Kimberlé Crenshaw, Angela Harris, Charles Lawrence, Mari Matsuda, and Patricia Williams, to name a few.

Several resources here will point to their works but they may also appear elsewhere in this guide.
