Use Google advanced searching to locate reports from foreign governments.
First, find the top-level (internet) domain (TLD) of the country using this Wikipedia site: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Country_code_top-level_domain
Next, do a site-specific TLD search to determine what the government secondary domain is. For example, for Thailand:
site:th smuggling of migrants - looking at the results list we see that go.th is the subdomain for the government of Thailand.
Now we can re-execute our search like this: site:go.th smuggling of migrants
Some countries use, for their government subdomains, the following patterns: gov, go, gouv, gob, gc, and many more. Don't assume that gov will always be the government subdomain.
