Periodical:

(DOI is a digital object identifier that most articles from scholarly journals, and often books, have assigned to them)
Date can be: (Year)
(Year, Month)

Chapter:

NOTE: If there are no dates use the following notation in its place: (n.d.)
In-text citations:
