With some databases, you might encounter difficulties with newer versions of Internet Explorer. You may need to run IE in "Compatibility View" to use the database. If you have version 11 of Internet Explorer, you can access Compatibility View settings through the gears icon.
Then, you should see a drop down menu that lists Compatibility View settings. Click on that, and then you can add in the URL for the website that is causing issues. View this short video which demonstrates how to add in the URL to your settings.
In IE version 9 and 10, you may see an icon to activate compatibility view.
After you click on the Compatibility View Icon, the interface to the database may change, thus allowing you to search for the information you desire.
