Sources

If you have established that a company is public, you will be able to find many sources that provide financial summaries, investment analyst reports (such as those provided via Standard & Poor's NetAdvantage After Market Reports), as well as their 10-Ks or 20-Fs. The sources in this section will help you find this type of information.

10-Ks are the annual reports that U.S. public companies must submit to the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC). 20-Fs are the annual reports that foreign companies trading in the U.S. file to the SEC. Another good source for the 10-Ks or other annual reports is the company's website. These reports are usually located in the "Investor Relations" section of the website.

After Market Reports
To access After Market Reports in NetAdvantage: click the Research tab. To access the last 12 months of reports in our subscription, go to all contributors and then under Product Type, Select Aftermarket Research – Standard and then click on the Search button. When you retrieve the results, you can click on the PDF icon for a report you want, and then you’ll see an option to Download. When you click on that, you will get the report.

Mergent Intellect
Provides histories, financial information, and profiles of worldwide public & private companies.
Orbis
Public and private company information from around the world. Includes industry and company reports from Marketline.
Morningstar
Database of mutual funds and stocks. Includes Morningstar analysts' independent opinions on 1,800 stocks and 2,000 funds.
Standard & Poor's NetAdvantage (S&P)
Provides company information and industry surveys on 52 major U.S. industries, and After Market Reports (AMR) (formerly available via Thomson One).
