Pimsleur is a language-learning system focusing on hearing and comprehending spoken language. Presently, the Pimsleur system can be accessed through RB Digital, a wider app-based resource offering access to a suite of ebooks, audiobooks, and digital magazines.
To begin using Pimsleur, click on the image below and Register for a new account:
Once you create an account, you should be directed to a Support/Help page listing the various download options for the RB Digital apps. Choose the method or methods you'd like to use to access Pimsleur and follow the links to download the app(s).
After the RB Digital app is installed, you can login with the account you created in the first step above.
Once logged into the player you may browse the selections of audiobooks, ebooks and magazines. Additionally, use the magnifying glass icon to search within the various language programs available for check-out. Alternatively, if you select the "Explore" option for RB Digital's Audiobook holdings, you can then sort by the Genre of "Foreign Language Study" to display only the Pimsleur language programs.
When you find a program you want to listen to, click the "check out" button and the program will automatically be downloaded to your device for playback within the app.
