The Reference Librarians at University Libraries are actively working to increase the research skills of DU students through in-class workshops and supplemental instructional materials. Please consider scheduling a research workshop for your students to introduce them to specialized resources. The workshop can be tailored to specific subjects and assignments. We also offer a number of general workshops for students and faculty. Workshop schedules are posted on the main page of the library before the start of every quarter.
The Research Center, located in the Main Library, offers one‐on‐one consultations to students and faculty at any stage of the research process. Consultations are by appointment or on a drop‐in basis as available. Encourage your students to schedule an appointment at the Research Center for expert guidance with the research process. Appointments can be made online or by calling the Research Center at (303) 871‐2905.
We have also designed a number of Research Guides and tutorials for students. You are encouraged to include any relevant links in your Blackboard course. Specific guides and tutorials can also be created for your classes as needed.
